2013 Fall/Winter hair and make-up trends

The low ponytail trend is back for another season (no bad hair day) either with a middle parting or a severe side-parting. To soften the face keep a few strands loose. Try a two tone ponytail (maybe turning your old ombre in) coloring your hair or using extensions.

Ombre is still in, you might just want to experiment with some copper and red tone for the fall instead of the dip-dye blond.

The wet look is cropping up on catwalks, personally not my favorite, unless you have perfect head and face shape. To achieve, apply gel on wet hair, comb through and straight back for short hair, or into a pony tail for long.  Also might use any of the oil product like Maraes Color Nourishing Olium, just don't overdo it. You might want to leave a little volume at the roots for softening the effect. Spray a root lifter to the roots, blow dry a touch then apply the gel to the rest of the hair.
You can also keep a side fringe if you prefer, or add a band. If the super straight sleek look is hard to achieve, consider a brazilian blowout for easier morning styling.

If you still prefer some curls, go for big, loose curls. Achieve this with hot rollers instead of damaging curling irons. Use some heat protector, you hair will thank you for it.

If you can pull off some edgy look, go for a two toned punk, dark base with white top. Mix it up with some gold and earthy tone.
These looks are matched with heavy eyebrows, so keep those tweezers away, heavy eye make-up with fall colors like red and bronze. Smudgy, plum lips also in, although they look like   a badly applied lipstick to me.

Most of all have fun with it, have a happy week!
